Low Consultation Fee
The cost of a consultation is $300, which provides you and your spouse or partner with up to 1 hour with one of our mediators to explain the process and discuss your needs.
Both parties must be present at the consultation.
The consultation fee is paid in advance at the time you book your appointment. By paying the consultation fee you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound to the terms of the Mediation Agreement, a hard copy of which you also agree to sign at the first mediation session. Should either of you need to reschedule, we require two business days (48 hrs) notice before the time of your appointment to have your consultation fee applied to the new date.
Each mediation session can be purchased for $400 dollars and provides you and your spouse with up to 1 hour of time.
Should you wish to extend your mediation session and if your mediator has availability at that time, you may do so at the rate of $400 per additional session.
Should you require outside consultants such as a psychologist or accountant to participate in the mediation session along with your mediator you will be charged an additional $400 per consultant per session.

Memorandum of Understanding Fees
The preparation of the Memorandum of Understanding will be changed at the rate of $400/hr and is highly recommended. Your mediator will be able to advise you on the amount of time that will be needed to prepare this based upon your particular matter and a retainer to cover such amount will be required.
Refund Policy and Unused Time
Any unused time for the consultation or other mediation sessions will not be credited towards future sessions. These fees are not refundable for any reason, including if you or your spouse cancels the session(s) or are not present at the session(s). A consultation may be rescheduled once without forfeiting the consultation fee and a mediation session may be rescheduled once without forfeiting the fee.
